The Anya Hindmarch account was taken on at a low revenue level and has since grown successfully to a turnover of over 15 million GBP for trade and retail online. The online store was fully integrated to the client’s CRM system so all customers, product and order data were fully synchronized.

The website is used regularly by 400 of the world’s largest global retailers including Bloomingdales, Selfridges, Macys and Harrods. It also contains an ordering system which is utilised at the London, Milan, Madrid and Paris Fashion weeks.

One of the most successful online campaigns implemented by docdata was the ‘I’m Not a Plastic Bag’ prize draw sent to 150,000 users which generated over 2 million visits to the site.

Amongst other unique site functionality tailored specifically to Anya Hindmarch’s business needs, docdata built a portal for press to view new collections, a facility where customers can customise then order a bag online, and a bespoke voucher redemption system.

docdata recently launched a Japanese implementation to cover the client’s growing International Franchise.

      Docdata implemented a design overhaul for the client’s existing website to improve overall look and feel and simplify the customer purchase journey.

      The website was set up to trade in the UK and US with multicurrency and separate logistics locations.

      The solution provided included a flexible CMS (content management system) to allow workflow management of new season products and content, extensive sales and discounting management, plus access to exclusive Lulu footage in the form of rich media.

      REN skincare required a creative upgrade and restructured site architecture to simplify the customer purchase journey and refresh their ecommerce website.

      Dodata achieved this by incorporating a ‘Quick Shop’ option in the purchase area of the site, plus a rewards points system and ‘Product for Life’ customer loyalty schemes.
