Analytics and Reporting

e-CORE offers two types of reporting and analytics, dashboard functionality that allows your customer service team to monitor site activity, and respond to warnings about trends worth double-checking such as delayed orders.

Also long term reporting information on sales data can be extracted from e-CORE. Sales reports can be viewed by product, country, and date range. Customers can also be segmented and data viewed in multiple ways as well as exported to CSV.
