Localisation and Internationalisation

Some of e-CORE’s key strengths are in the areas of localisation and internationalisation. The platform allows an e-commerce website to be created that talks in the local language, that offers the local currency, that works with the idiosyncrasies of local practices such as payment methods, but that offers the international reach that customers have come to expect in the global market.

The e-CORE platform has been successfully integrated with payment providers of globally accepted payment methods such as Visa and MasterCard, as well as those that provide payment types specific to a local market such as direct debits and bank transfers e.g. ELV in Germany.

With e-CORE, localised site content can be put in place for everything, including your product catalogue. Translations for products and category content can be added, from localised titles and descriptions, down to the smallest detail like colour, and size. Localised versions of flat content such as help and information sections can be created in the supporting CMS.
