Customer Service Representative

I started weekend work at DOCdata UK in 1996 after completing two weeks work experience. I enjoyed it so much that I became a permanent fixture after leaving full time education! After eight years in the production department, I accepted the role of receptionist in 2004, and have since moved on to account management, I make every effort to ensure my customers are well looked after and relish the challenges my job brings.
My spare time is spent with my son, and watching DVD's.
