Kay Parbat Appointed as DVD Business Development Manager

DOCdata, the UK's largest independent replicator, have announced the appointment of Kay Parbat as the company's new DVD Business Development Manager. In this newly-created role, Kay will be responsible for driving forward sales of DVD and developing relationships with authoring, subtitle and dubbing, production and restoration companies.

Prior to joining DOCdata (UK), Kay worked for Medusa Pictures, where he was National Account Manager, responsible for a set of UK national/key retailers and establishing the brand in the UK. He has over 4 years experience within the DVD industry, with particular expertise in providing 'total solutions' to customers, from manufacturing to printed parts and special packaging.

Commenting on his new position, Kay said: 'DOCdata already has an established presence in the music, entertainment and information industries. However, there is a new audience of customers who have little awareness of DOCdata. My remit is to take the company to these new markets and to continue to develop our relationships with existing customers.'
